Ordering online can be insane and stressful, but we’re here to help. Below we’ve put together a list of frequently asked questions to put your mind at ease! See something we’ve missed? Email it to [email protected].


How long does shipping take?

   Orders are packaged at the end of each night and ship as soon as payments clear which is usually the next business day. Domestic orders take 5-15 business days to arrive, whereas international orders take 10-20 business days to arrive. 

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding the weekends. 

  Due to COVID-19, shipments have been moved to every Friday of every week. Updates on whether a shipment is being moved are through our Twitter (@WeRUnapologetic) and email


What carrier is used for shipment?

   We ship through USPS, first class or priority. If a custom is ordered, or we are contacted to do overnight shipping it would still be through USPS with an increased fee.


Will I know when my item(s) ship?

   We send a pre-tracking email once your items are packaged, letting you know it is preparing for shipment. After shipment, we send an email with tracking letting you know your package has been shipped.


I got a tracking number but my item never showed up?

    All orders are provided with tracking. You are free to re-ask for tracking at any time. Once the item is shipped and tracking is sent, the package is no longer in the care of We Are Unapologetic. We suggest checking tracking again for any errors you may have entered, and if that does not give you the answers you’re looking for you should contact your local postal office. If the item has been lost, damaged or misplaced by fault of the postal office we do not offer a refund. But in most cases we offer a store credit to reorder the item or get something new.


I entered my address incorrectly, what do I do? 

  Email us immediately, if the package has not yet gone out we can edit the label. If the package has already been shipped, you can go to USPS’s website and update your information for a few.


Do items fit true to size?

   Seeing as all brands use different patterns, there is no such thing as “true to size”. We can offer you our size recommendation which is based on the measurements we use for our patterns to determine our sizing.

Measurements needed to size yourself are listed on our size chart, in the description of each product.


I got the wrong size, what do I do?

   To ensure that everyone chooses the correct size for the best fit, we provide a measurement chart. Measurements are provided in inches in the description of each garment. If you choose to go a size or up down, you are taking the risk that the garment may not fit properly. In cases like this, we do not offer refunds but will gladly exchange if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, you can return what you ordered and receive a credit to purchase something else on the website?


How do refunds work? 

  If you are unsatisfied with your order, and the refund is approved, it is issued as soon as it is approved. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to show up in your account, depending on who you bank with. 

Refund confirmations are always sent with approval of refund.


What are We Are Unapologetic’s business hours? 

   We operate Monday-Friday 9A-3P CST. If your inquiries are sent after 5P on a week day, they will be answered the following business day. Any inquiries sent after 3P on Friday, or through Saturday and Sunday will be answered the following Monday.
