Customs are an exciting feature of our Unapologetic World. Customs can range from birthday outfits to wedding and prom gowns to just wanting to spice up your closet or underwear drawer! Our Custom FAQ answers all of the questions whence received about the custom process.
How do I get an Unapologetic Custom?
With so many inquiries for custom work we only open customs up for 10 spots per month! Customs are required to book 30 days in advance for any and all occasions. Customs inquiries can be sent through email at [email protected]. They can also be sent through any business social media.
What is the process for an Unapologetic Custom?
For custom work there are a few things established before moving forward with finalizing anything:
• budget
• occasion/event/date needed by
• inspo; celebrity inspo, colors, themes, moods, favorite styles of clothing, etc.
After these are established, we will move forward with sketches, selecting and ordering fabrics as well as measurements. Deposit for materials is required to secure your custom spot.
If your desired design is out of budget I will provide versions that fit within your budget.
Once materials ship in, delivery is 5-10 business days after garment completion. Garment completion is 24-72 hours after material has been delivered.

When a custom is refunded it is 100% of labor and none of materials.
Materials are not refunded for custom work because it is not something We Are Unapologetic profited from. Materials can not be returned for a refund, therefore deposit for materials is no refundable.
If a custom is returned by fault of wrong measurements on the customers part, it is up to the discretion of We Are Unapologetic to re-make the garment. The refund of labor is always available. If We Are Unapologetic and the customer both move forward in a custom re-make, the custom goes back to bottom of the list. Even though the custom goes back to the bottom of the list, it will be re-made and shipped before customs reopen for the next month.
Customs are only held for 30 days after garment was initially needed. For example; you commissioned a birthday out for May 11th, June 11th your commission would no longer held. In this case you forfeit the custom, and materials are still non-refundable.
